HAVEN

An Ongoing Story of Freedom

At HAVEN, we believe that spending time together in a distraction-free environment is essential to creating deeper connections. Our retreats are designed specifically for a smaller group (12 not including committee members) of women from the Apostolic Christian Church (attendees, members and those associated). We encourage women to find freedom through hearing the testimonies of believing women. Join us for a retreat and experience the transformative power of connection and community.

At HAVEN, we approach finding freedom through the power of vulnerable, confidential testimonies. We believe that all women have walked through difficult life-shifting experiences. When we share in those experiences or even just listen, we are given greater insight into the goodness of God and hope is renewed. The power of spoken testimony is an under-valued gift in the bolstering of believers.

Through HAVEN we hope to offer a safe environment for women to share and offer wisdom. Through vulnerability and trust our desire is to create a deeply connected community better equipped to share the gospel. Through a weekend of intentional conversation, shared experiences and biblical truth, lasting connections are formed.

Our hope through HAVEN is to be rekindled and renewed through the journey of

Jesus.

HAVEN is covered in prayer through a multitude of believing men & women. We humbly ask for your prayers as well.

Churches currently represented on the HAVEN committee are Eureka, Forrest, Peoria, Washington, Chicago and Morton.
